Does great work, very professional with the job
James was 5 star from start to finish. He quickly responded to my inquiry and came by to give a free estimate. He not only gave the estimated price, but explained his process and products, etc. We gathered several estimates and it was an easy choice to pick James for this job, not just based on price. His communication was great throughout the process. He was prompt and professional and so thorough. We had some areas that needed extra work (especially the chimney) and were in the process of deck construction, which caused a few obstacles, and James showed his dedication to doing a good job and reaching and cleaning everything (he was even able to remove the oil stains from our driveway!). Our neighbors noticed the great job he was doing and asked him for an estimate that day. I would use him again and highly recommend James for any of your house/deck/driveway/etc washing needs. James did an excellent job pressure washing our pool deck, retaining walls, sidewalks, and pavers. Everything was bright & clean afterwards. I had no idea how dirty they really were until he cleaned them. Great job! We will definitely use him for a few more projects.
We had Sharp Improvements do the pressure washing on our home, and he was punctual, friendly, and courteous.. He kept the work area neat, and took special attention to plants, and our fish pond to make sure it was covered and safe. His price was very reasonable for the area he cleaned.. We were very satisfied with his work, and would definitely recommend him.

I was so impressed with Mr. Sharp's work. He arrived on time, got immediately to work. He did great on my brick porch that had not been pressured washed for several years. It looks great. He also was willing to clean some shrubs away from my rock wall so he could get to and clean the steps. So I would definitely recommend him to do work for any job. He's willing to help in any way.
